Tony Zingale
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
As Chairman & CEO of Jive Software, Tony Zingale is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategic direction, planning and execution. He currently sits on the boards of Jive Software, McAfee Software, Coverity and Service Source.
He has nearly 30 years of experience building profitable, high growth information technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercury Interactive, the worldwide leader of Business Technology Optimization (BTO) solutions. Tony successfully grew Mercury to over $1B in annual sales and then engineered the $5B merger with Hewlett Packard which was completed at the end of 2006.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the University of Cincinnati Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Oudi Antebi
Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions
Oudi is Jive’s SVP of Enterprise Solutions and responsible for Jive’s vision and success within the enterprise application stack. Prior to Jive, he was CEO of OffiSync, where he was responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the organization.
Previously, Oudi held the position of EVP of Marketing and Strategy at Panorama Software. There, he drove the company’s product and business strategy and was the driving force behind its success in the Software as a Service business and alliance with Google. Prior to joining Panorama, Oudi is also an eight-year veteran of Microsoft, where he held various strategic positions in the Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint divisions and was directly responsible for product management and marketing.

Robert Brown
Senior Vice President of Client Services
Robert serves as the SVP of Client Services at Jive. He is responsible for Services Delivery, Support, and System Integrator Alliances. Prior to joining Jive, Robert was the Vice President of Sales for Innotas, a SaaS provider in the Project Portfolio Management realm. Previously, Robert held executive positions in Professional Services with Mercury, Kintana, Oracle, Price Waterhouse; and US Steel. During his career, Robert has supported and coached the customer base of these organizations, working with client side executives to ensure maximum return on their software investments.
Robert holds a B.A. in Accounting from West Virginia University and an M.B.A in Finance from Cleveland State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Bryan LeBlanc
Chief Financial Officer
Bryan LeBlanc joined Jive as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial, accounting, IT and operational aspects of Jive’s business. Bryan is a seasoned finance and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in public high tech and software companies. Bryan was a key member of Mercury Interactive’s executive team, where he helped drive substantial growth in both the size of the business and the company’s market value.
Bryan also served as CFO of Webtrends, a software company in the web analytics market, served as CFO of inSilicon, a public software company in the semiconductor IP markets and built the corporate finance team at enterprise content management company Documentum. Bryan has also spent 10 years in various management roles in finance and marketing at Cadence Design Systems. Bryan holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Santa Clara University and a BA in biology/pre-med from Holy Cross College.

Patrick Lin
Senior Vice President of Product Management
Patrick is responsible for all of Jive's future product management. He brings a wealth of technical and product management expertise to Jive. Previously he worked at VMware, where he was Vice President of Product Management, leading the product management and technical marketing teams responsible for delivering the vSphere virtualization platform and a wide range of infrastructure and cloud management platforms. Prior to VMware, Patrick was responsible for product management and marketing at Invio Software, a storage workflow automation vendor acquired by VERITAS Software. He has also held product management, business development and strategy consulting roles at Intuit, Microsoft WebTV, and Bain & Company. In addition to an MBA from INSEAD, Patrick holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and a BA in East Asian Studies from Stanford University.
Bill Lynch
Vice President of Product Management, co-founder
As a vice president in the Product Management team, Bill is responsible for some of Jive's most important product initiatives. Along with Matt Tucker, Bill founded Jive Software in 2001 and has helped build the company from just two people to where it is today.
Prior to Jive, Bill worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity.

John McCracken
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
John McCracken joined Jive as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and is responsible for driving business in both new and existing markets.
Before joining Jive, John led the Inovis global sales organization as Senior Vice President, Sales and before that he served as Vice President of Sales of the Americas at Mercury Interactive, where he led strategic product solutions in the areas of Application Management, IT Governance and ITIL.
He has also held executive management positions at American Express, Warrantech and PC ServiceSource and served as an Advisory Board Member for iConclude.

Christopher Morace
Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Chris Morace is responsible for turning Jive's vision for Social Business into tightly aligned execution across departments. Additionally, he leads Jive's thought leadership platform, analyst relations, and partner ecosystem.
Chris joined Jive Software in October 2007 and led Jive's product strategy and delivery for several years. Under his direction the company became the industry-recognized leader in Social Business Software by all of the major analysts. He has an 18-year track record for building high-growth, high-value businesses in the technology sector. Prior to joining Jive, Chris held executive positions including Vice President of Research & Development at Mercury Interactive, (acquired by Hewlett Packard) and Vice President of Product Development at Kintana.
Chris is a recognized thought leader on social business topics and is frequently called upon as a speaker and advisor. He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University. He currently lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.

John F. Rizzo
Chief Marketing Officer
John brings more than 25 years of experience helping to guide some of the world’s most successful technology companies through start-up phases, major product launches, branding and marketing campaigns, rapid growth, acquisitions and IPOs. He has raised over $150M in private and public markets and was a key early-stage contributor to companies that are today delivering well over $100B in combined annual sales.
He began his career with Intel and then joined Apple (Macintosh Marketing). He ran marketing and sales for Weitek, the world’s first fabless chip company, which completed an IPO and pioneered 3D graphics for video gaming. John was Vice President of Global Market Planning and Programs at Oracle. and CEO of Cahoots/Informative (a social networking and customer intelligence SaaS company). Most recently, John was President and CEO of Zeebo, Inc., which launched a wireless interactive entertainment, internet, social networking and education platform for consumers in Brazil, Mexico, China, India and other emerging markets.

Brian Roddy
Senior Vice President of Engineering
Brian has more than 15 years experience leading engineering teams and building market leading products. Most recently, at Cisco he oversaw a team of over 200 engineers, building mission-critical, high-performance networking products. Roddy joined Cisco through the acquisition of Reactivity, a leading XML gateway provider, which he co-founded in 1997. Prior to Reactivity, he was a senior scientist at Apple.

Vicki Ryan
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Vicki Ryan is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years of domestic and international experience in successful high-growth technology, services and manufacturing organizations. The companies she has worked for range in scope from start-ups to $4B Fortune 150 corporations. At Jive, Vicki is responsible for overseeing all aspects of worldwide human resources, including talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, change management, employee relations, and merger and acquisition efforts.
Most recently she was Global VP of People at LumaSense Technology, a clean technology company. Previous to that, she held the position of VP of People for Mercury Interactive/HP, a global software and services company. She has also held senior leadership roles in diverse industries and market segments.

Hitesh Soni
Senior Vice President of Customer Success
Hitesh is a seasoned executive with over 18 years experience of strategically leading Professional Services and Operations to global scale. At Jive he is responsible for managing the Services Presales, Engagement Management, Education, Strategy Consulting and Solution Enablement teams, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that the Jive customer experience and adoption of our software platform is seamless, engaging and rewarding.
Prior to Jive, Hitesh was Director of Americas Delivery Strategy for HP Software, and has also held senior leadership positions at Mercury Interactive and Warrantech across US, South America & EMEA. Hitesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree (honors) in Business with Computing from the University of East London.

Matt Tucker
Chief Technology Officer, co-founder
Matt Tucker, co-founder and CTO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of Jive’s products. Along with Bill Lynch, Matt founded Jive Software in 2001 and has helped build the company from just two people to where it is today. Matt is an active member in open standards communities including having served on the board of the XMPP Standards Foundation.
Prior to Jive, Matt worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity.
