Elisa SteeleCEO and President
Elisa Steele is Jive's CEO and President. In this role, Elisa is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to that, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Products, where she was responsible for Jive's vision and end-to-end global marketing and product functions. She also served as Jive's CMO. Prior to Jive, Elisa was corporate vice president and chief marketing officer of consumer apps and services at Microsoft, including brands such as Bing, Internet Explorer, Lync, MSN,Outlook.com and Skype, among others. Prior to this role, Elisa was the chief marketing officer at Skype, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Yahoo! and senior vice president of corporate marketing at NetApp.
Elisa holds a Master of Business Administration degree from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Amber Alert GPS and is an innovation advisor to the non-profit organization, Equality Now. She previously served on the board of directors of RMG Networks, the advisory board to consumer companies CareZone and Eyeona, the Interactive Advertising Bureau board of directors and executive committee from 2009-2011, and the Forbes Executive Women advisory board. In 2009, Advertising Age named Elisa a "Woman to Watch." She is currently a member and volunteer for National Charity League and donates time and resources in her local school community.
Bryan LeBlancExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As Jive's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bryan LeBlanc is responsible for all financial, accounting, IT and operational aspects of Jive’s business. Bryan is a seasoned finance and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in public high tech and software companies. Bryan was a key member of Mercury Interactive’s executive team, where he helped drive substantial growth in both the size of the business and the company’s market value.
Bryan also served as CFO of Webtrends, a software company in the web analytics market, served as CFO of inSilicon, a public software company in the semiconductor IP markets and built the corporate finance team at enterprise content management company Documentum. Bryan has also spent 10 years in various management roles in finance and marketing at Cadence Design Systems. Bryan holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Santa Clara University and a BA in biology/pre-med from Holy Cross College.
Chris MasinoSenior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Chris Masino is Jive's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and responsible for driving global business in both new and existing markets.
With over 20 years experience building world-class selling organizations, Chris is an accomplished and tenured leader in the enterprise software sales market. Before joining Jive, Chris was the Vice President of Sales at Hewlett Packard where he led strategic accounts for the Financial Services unit. Prior to his role at HP, Chris held strategic leadership roles at Mercury Interactive, EMC and CA.
He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.

Clara LiangChief Product Officer
Clara Liang is Jive's Chief Product Officer and responsible for vision, design, and delivery of Jive's product portfolio. Clara has more than 15 years of experience building enterprise grade products that delight end users and she brings a diverse background spanning products, design, engineering, and technical services delivery. Prior to Jive, Clara held a number of leadership positions at IBM where she lead Product Management and Engineering for Cast Iron Systems, served as Chief of Staff to the VP of WebSphere, led Product Management for Emerging Technologies and Cloud, and led WebSphere Professional Services for Business Process Management. Clara has also held roles at Yahoo!, Roche, and the Carnegie Institute of Washington. She holds a B.S. in Symbolic Systems and a minor in Chemistry from Stanford University, as well as an M.S. in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas.

Lisa JurinkaGeneral Counsel
As Jive’s General Counsel, Lisa Jurinka is responsible for worldwide legal affairs at Jive. In this role, Lisa oversees corporate governance, commercial, licensing, intellectual property, litigation, compliance and regulatory matters.
Lisa brings over 15 years of experience as a corporate transactional attorney. She served most recently as Assistant General Counsel at CafePress, Inc. Lisa has also held roles as Assistant General Counsel at Epocrates, Inc. and Broadlane, Inc., as well as corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
Lisa graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and also holds a BA in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.

Matt TuckerChief Technology Officer, co-founder
Matt Tucker, co-founder and CTO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of Jive's products. Along with Bill Lynch, Matt founded Jive Software in 2001 and has helped build the company from just two people to where it is today. Matt is an active member in open standards communities including having served on the board of the XMPP Standards Foundation.
Prior to Jive, Matt worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity.
Matt holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
Ofer Ben-DavidExecutive Vice President of Engineering
Ofer Ben-David is Jive’s executive vice president of engineering. In this role, Ofer oversees the global software development as it accelerates the next phase of innovation with rapid engineering iteration across Jive’s industry-leading enterprise communication and collaboration solutions.
Ofer’s experience spans nearly twenty years, and includes full lifecycle product development, engineering and global operations for large scale on-premise and cloud enterprise software solutions.
Prior to Jive, he was vice president of engineering at VMware, where he led a 1,000-person global organization. Previously, Ofer also ran research and development and quality assurance engineering services at HP, Mercury Interactive and Check Point.
Ofer holds a masters of business administration from Heriot-Watt University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University.

Robert BlockChief Customer Success Officer
As Jive's Chief Customer Success Officer, Robert Block is responsible for all post-sales customer facing services on a global basis, including professional services and customer support. Robert is an accomplished services and support executive with more than 25 years of experience in the management consulting and software industries. He served most recently as vice president of global services at Limelight, a platform as a service and software as a service company delivering web content management, video and CDN services. Prior to Limelight, Robert served as vice president of customer success at SuccessFactors, where he transformed the global professional services and customer support organizations from a tactical to a strategic orientation, helping customers unlock the value of their investment and helping fuel the organizations rapid growth.
Before his tenure at SuccessFactors, Robert was a consulting partner with IBM Global Services and PwC. During his tenure at IBM and PwC he delivered large scale global solutions and outsourcing services.
He holds a B.A in Business/Accounting from the University of Washington.

Dean ChabrierChief People Officer
Dean is an accomplished human resource executive with a consistent track record of aligning HR strategy and operations to achieve enterprise-wide business objectives. As Jive’s chief people officer, Dean is responsible for overseeing all aspects of worldwide human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, training and development, change management, and merger and acquisition efforts.
Most recently, Dean was VP of HR at Yahoo, where she focused on employee and organizational success and spent 5 years leading and participating in turnaround efforts resulting in significant change to the organization structure, talent landscape and people practices. Previous to her tenure at Yahoo!, Dean held senior HR executive positions at NetApp, Clarify and Sun Microsystems.
