Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
As Chairman & CEO of Jive Software, Tony Zingale is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategic direction, planning and execution. He currently sits on the board of Jive Software.
He has nearly 30 years of experience building profitable, high growth information technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercury Interactive, the worldwide leader of Business Technology Optimization (BTO) solutions. Tony successfully grew Mercury to over $1B in annual sales and then engineered the $5B merger with Hewlett Packard which was completed at the end of 2006. Prior to Mercury, he was President and CEO of Clarify, a leader in customer relationship management (CRM) software, where he grew the company to more than $300 million in annual revenue. Nortel acquired Clarify for $2.1 billion in 1999.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the University of Cincinnati Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Senior Vice President of Product Management and Design
Oudi is Jive’s SVP of Product Management and Design and responsible for Jive’s vision and success within the enterprise application stack. Prior to Jive, he was CEO of OffiSync, where he was responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the organization.
Previously, Oudi held the position of EVP of Marketing and Strategy at Panorama Software. There, he drove the company’s product and business strategy and was the driving force behind its success in the Software as a Service business and alliance with Google. Prior to joining Panorama, Oudi is also an eight-year veteran of Microsoft, where he held various strategic positions in the Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint divisions and was directly responsible for product management and marketing.
Vice President of Customer Success
As Jive's Vice President of Customer Success, Robert Block is responsible for all post-sales customer facing services on a global basis, including professional services and customer support. Robert is an accomplished services and support executive with more than 25 years of experience in the management consulting and software industries. He served most recently as vice president of global services at Limelight, a platform as a service and software as a service company delivering web content management, video and CDN services. Prior to Limelight, Robert served as vice president of customer success at SuccessFactors, where he transformed the global professional services and customer support organizations from a tactical to a strategic orientation, helping customers unlock the value of their investment and helping fuel the organizations rapid growth.
Before his tenure at SuccessFactors, Robert was a consulting partner with IBM Global Services and PwC. During his tenure at IBM and PwC he delivered large scale global solutions and outsourcing services.
He holds a B.A in Business/Accounting from the University of Washington.

President, Worldwide Field Operations
Jay Larson joined Jive as the President, Worldwide Field Operations, responsible for all customer-facing functions on a global basis including sales, pre-sales, strategic channel alliances, sales operations and all client and professional services. Jay is a seasoned technology industry executive with more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. He served most recently as the Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for SuccessFactors, following his role as Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales. During his tenure, SuccessFactors' revenue grew rapidly, from approximately $100 million to over $350 million. Prior to SuccessFactors, Jay was a senior executive with Mercury Interactive from 2000 to 2006 where he was responsible for all revenue-generating functions. During his tenure, Mercury Interactive's sales organization grew to more than 1,100 professionals and revenue grew from approximately $300 million to over $1 billion.
Jay's previous experience includes sales leadership roles at Oracle Corporation, Network Associates and Siebel Systems. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Chief Financial Officer
Bryan LeBlanc joined Jive as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial, accounting, IT and operational aspects of Jive’s business. Bryan is a seasoned finance and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in public high tech and software companies. Bryan was a key member of Mercury Interactive’s executive team, where he helped drive substantial growth in both the size of the business and the company’s market value.
Bryan also served as CFO of Webtrends, a software company in the web analytics market, served as CFO of inSilicon, a public software company in the semiconductor IP markets and built the corporate finance team at enterprise content management company Documentum. Bryan has also spent 10 years in various management roles in finance and marketing at Cadence Design Systems. Bryan holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Santa Clara University and a BA in biology/pre-med from Holy Cross College.
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
John McCracken joined Jive as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and is responsible for driving business in both new and existing markets.
Before joining Jive, John led the Inovis global sales organization as Senior Vice President, Sales and before that he served as Vice President of Sales of the Americas at Mercury Interactive, where he led strategic product solutions in the areas of Application Management, IT Governance and ITIL.
He has also held executive management positions at American Express, Warrantech and PC ServiceSource and served as an Advisory Board Member for iConclude.

Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Chris Morace is responsible for turning Jive's vision for Social Business into tightly aligned execution across departments. Additionally, he leads Jive's thought leadership platform, analyst relations, and partner ecosystem.
Chris joined Jive Software in October 2007 and led Jive's product strategy and delivery for several years. Under his direction the company became the industry-recognized leader in Social Business Software by all of the major analysts. He has an 18-year track record for building high-growth, high-value businesses in the technology sector. Prior to joining Jive, Chris held executive positions including Vice President of Research & Development at Mercury Interactive, (acquired by Hewlett Packard) and Vice President of Product Development at Kintana.
Chris is a recognized thought leader on social business topics and is frequently called upon as a speaker and advisor. He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University. He currently lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Bill Pierznik is responsible for worldwide legal affairs and corporate and business development at Jive. In this role, Bill oversees corporate, commercial, IP, litigation, compliance, privacy matters, as well as mergers, acquisitions and technology partnerships. Before joining Jive, Bill founded and served as managing partner of Alto Law Group, a technology-focused law firm based in Portland, Oregon. Prior to this role, he worked at Stoel Rives LLP also based in Portland. Bill started his legal career at the Silicon Valley-based law firm of Cooley Godward. He received his JD from University of California-Los Angeles, and his Bachelor of Arts in history from Haverford College

Senior Vice President of Engineering
Brian has more than 15 years experience leading engineering teams and building market leading products. Most recently, at Cisco he oversaw a team of over 200 engineers, building mission-critical, high-performance networking products. Roddy joined Cisco through the acquisition of Reactivity, a leading XML gateway provider, which he co-founded in 1997. Prior to Reactivity, he was a senior scientist at Apple.

Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Vicki Ryan is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years of domestic and international experience in successful high-growth technology, services and manufacturing organizations. The companies she has worked for range in scope from start-ups to $4B Fortune 150 corporations. At Jive, Vicki is responsible for overseeing all aspects of worldwide human resources, including talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, change management, employee relations, and merger and acquisition efforts.
Most recently she was Global VP of People at LumaSense Technology, a clean technology company. Previous to that, she held the position of VP of People for Mercury Interactive/HP, a global software and services company. She has also held senior leadership roles in diverse industries and market segments.

Chief Technology Officer, co-founder
Matt Tucker, co-founder and CTO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of Jive's products. Along with Bill Lynch, Matt founded Jive Software in 2001 and has helped build the company from just two people to where it is today. Matt is an active member in open standards communities including having served on the board of the XMPP Standards Foundation.
Prior to Jive, Matt worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity.
Matt holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
