As Chairman & CEO of Jive Software, Tony Zingale is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategic direction, planning and execution. He currently sits on the board of Jive Software.

He has nearly 30 years of experience building profitable, high growth information technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercury Interactive, the worldwide leader of Business Technology Optimization (BTO) solutions. Tony successfully grew Mercury to over $1B in annual sales and then engineered the $5B merger with Hewlett Packard which was completed at the end of 2006. Prior to Mercury, he was President and CEO of Clarify, a leader in customer relationship management (CRM) software, where he grew the company to more than $300 million in annual revenue. Nortel acquired Clarify for $2.1 billion in 1999. 

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the University of Cincinnati Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Matt Tucker, co-founder and CTO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of Jive's products. Along with Bill Lynch, Matt founded Jive Software in 2001 and has helped build the company from just two people to where it is today. Matt is an active member in open standards communities including having served on the board of the XMPP Standards Foundation.

Prior to Jive, Matt worked as a software engineer at an internet startup in San Francisco called 4charity.

Jim Goetz is a Partner at Sequoia Capital focusing on cloud, mobile and enterprise companies. Jim currently serves on the board of Admob, Appirio, Barracuda, Clearwell, eMeter, Jive Software, Metaswitch Networks, Nimble Storage, Palo Alto Networks and Widgetbox. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2004, Jim served as a General Partner at Accel Partners where he led the investments in Entrisphere (ERIC), Peribit (JNPR), RGB, and Rhapsody (BRCD) and was part of the team responsible for BroadJump (MOTV), Timetra (ALA) and Topspin (CSCO).

Earlier, Jim was a Founder of VitalSigns (LU) where he went on to serve as VP/GM of the VitalSoft division of Lucent. Prior to VitalSigns, Jim was the Vice President of Network Management for Bay Networks. Prior to Bay and Synoptics, he held various product and marketing positions at AT&T, AT&T Bell Labs, and Digital Equipment. Jim has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Jonathan joins North Bridge from Facebook, where he was VP of Technical Operations from 2007 until 2011, as Facebook grew from 35 million users to over 800 million. Heiliger brings to North Bridge his passion for creating and scaling solution-focused technology companies as an active advisor, investor or executive. Jonathan will focus on identifying companies that are attempting to solve problems of significant scale and scope and is based in California.

At Facebook, Jonathan oversaw global infrastructure, site architecture and internal systems. Prior to Facebook, Jonathan held executive technical operations roles at Walmart and Danger (acquired by Microsoft). He also spent several years as Chief Operating Officer for Loudcloud (which became Opsware and was later acquired by HP). Earlier in his career, Jonathan co-founded and was the CTO of Frontier GlobalCenter, and later founded Global Crossing's corporate venture capital group.

Jonathan's investment portfolio encompasses more than 30 companies, including Cotendo, Last.fm (acquired by CBS), Sonus Networks, SpringTide (acquired by Lucent), Talaria, Tango and Qumranet (acquired by RedHat).

Jonathan currently serves on the board of directors of DuPont Fabros, Jive Software, OneID and Webmonsters, and advises a select group of early-stage technology companies that include Box.net, Cloudera, Quora and Square.

Bill Lanfri brings over 25 years of background in enterprise networking and telecommunications to his role as advisor to Jive Software. Some of his more recent experience includes Operating Partner at Accel Partners from 2000 - 2003, during which time he served as CEO of the Accel / Sequoia investment Big Bear Networks from 2000 to 2001. Before joining Accel, he served in 1998 and 1999 as CEO of Avanex Corporation (NASDAQ: AVNX). Prior to Avanex, he was a founding investor and key advisor to RedBack Networks (NASDAQ: RBAK). He has served on numerous boards in both advisory and initial funding capacities, including network security company Network Alchemy, acquired by Nokia Corporation in early 2000.

Lanfri was a member of the senior management team of intelligent hub pioneer SynOptics Communications (now a part of Nortel Networks), seeing the company through a period of growth from $2M to $700M in sales in positions leading both product management and marketing organizations. Prior to that, he held technology marketing positions at Xerox Corporation's Office Systems Division and, in the early 80s, at LAN pioneer Corvus Systems. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and the MBA program at Santa Clara University.

Sundar Pichai joined Google in 2004 and is currently Senior Vice President of product management. He leads the product management and innovation efforts for a suite of Google's consumer products, including Google Toolbar, Chrome and Chrome OS. He is also responsible for the HTML5 and open web platform efforts at Google.

Sundar brings more than 15 years of experience developing high-tech consumer and enterprise products. Before joining Google, he held various engineering and product management positions at Applied Materials, and was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company for a variety of software and semiconductor clients.

Sundar received a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology and was awarded an Institute Silver Medal. He holds an M.S. from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was named a Siebel Scholar and a Palmer Scholar.

Mr. Reilly comes to Jive with a distinguished 30-year career in the software market, most recently as vice president and general manager of enterprise security at HP. Prior to this role, Mr. Reilly served as CEO of enterprise security company ArcSight, which HP acquired in 2010.

In his role at HP, Mr. Reilly was responsible for strategy and development for a number of portfolio companies, including ArcSight, Fortify and HP Tipping Point. Prior to HP's acquisition, Mr. Reilly led ArcSight through a successful initial public offering and subsequent sale to HP. Before joining ArcSight, Mr. Reilly was vice president of business information services for IBM, following the acquisition of Trigo Technologies Inc., a product information management software company. Mr. Reilly also served as CEO of Trigo Technologies.

Chuck Robel is currently the Lead Independent Director for Informatica Corporation, the leading independent provider of enterprise data integration and data quality software and services. He was previously the Chairman of the Board of McAfee prior to its $ 8 billion acquisition by Intel. In addition, Robel currently serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk, DemandTec and several other privately held companies.

He previously served as General Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a $1 billion Venture Capital fund focused on early stage software company investments. Robel began his career as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he managed numerous IPOs including Yahoo, Documentum, Hyperion (formerly Arbor Software), Borland, CBS MaketWatch, JD Edwards and Redback Networks.

Ted Schlein, Managing Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, joined the firm in 1996 with a focus on early stage technology companies in the enterprise software and infrastructure markets; including ventures within the network and consumer security arena.

Ted has led KPCB's involvement in a number of successful investments, including Corio (CRIO), sold to IBM, Extensity (EXTN), sold to GEAC, Internet Security Systems (ISSX), sold to IBM, Oakley Networks, sold to Raytheon, Fortify Software, sold to HP, ArcSight (ARST), IPO, sold to HP

Ted was the founding CEO of Fortify Software, a pioneer in the software security market and now an HP Company. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of 3VR, 41st Parameter, Chegg, Hara Software, IronPlanet, Jive Software, Reputation Defender and Verdiem. He also oversees KPCB's investments in Endgame Systems, LifeLock and Bit9.

Prior to joining KPCB, Ted served as Vice President, Enterprise Solutions at Symantec. He joined the software company as one of its early employees and played an instrumental role in Symantec's growth and dominance as a global software leader. Ted led Symantec's successful move into the software utilities market, as well as the launch of its commercial anti-virus solution, an offering that quickly emerged as the industry gold standard.
