Tony Zingale

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

As Chairman & CEO of Jive Software, Tony Zingale is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategic direction, planning and execution. He currently sits on the boards of Jive Software, McAfee Software, Coverity and Service Source.

He has nearly 30 years of experience building profitable, high growth information technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercury Interactive, the worldwide leader of Business Technology Optimization (BTO) solutions. Tony successfully grew Mercury to over $1B in annual sales and then engineered the $5B merger with Hewlett Packard which was completed at the end of 2006.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the University of Cincinnati Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Dave Dewalt

McAfee

David DeWalt has more than 20 years of experience building innovative, industry-leading technology companies. Since joining McAfee in 2007, DeWalt has guided the company through three consecutive years of growth, with a record $2.1 billion in revenue in 2010.

On August 19, 2010, Intel agreed to purchase McAfee for $7.68 billion. Prior to joining McAfee, DeWalt was President of software, sales, and services at EMC, which he joined in 2003 through the company's acquisition of Documentum for $1.9 billion. As President and CEO of Documentum, DeWalt led the company through nine consecutive quarters of growth, five record revenue quarters, and four successful acquisitions.

Prior to Documentum, DeWalt held executive-level positions at Eventus Software, Quest Software, Segue, and Oracle. He is currently Chairman of the Board at Polycom, and also serves on the board of directors for Delta Air Lines. He has also resided on other public company boards, including MatrixOne and Serena Software. Both companies concluded successful acquisitions by Dassault Systèmes and Silver Lake, respectively.

DeWalt received his bachelor's degree in computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Delaware, where he was also an accomplished wrestler and the first wrestler inducted into the University of Delaware Athletics Hall of Fame.

Jim Goetz

Sequoia Capital

Jim Goetz is a Partner at Sequoia Capital focusing on cloud, mobile and enterprise companies. Jim currently serves on the board of Admob, Appirio, Barracuda, Clearwell, eMeter, Jive Software, Metaswitch Networks, Nimble Storage, Palo Alto Networks and Widgetbox. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2004, Jim served as a General Partner at Accel Partners where he led the investments in Entrisphere (ERIC), Peribit (JNPR), RGB, and Rhapsody (BRCD) and was part of the team responsible for BroadJump (MOTV), Timetra (ALA) and Topspin (CSCO).

Earlier, Jim was a Founder of VitalSigns (LU) where he went on to serve as VP/GM of the VitalSoft division of Lucent. Prior to VitalSigns, Jim was the Vice President of Network Management for Bay Networks. Prior to Bay and Synoptics, he held various product and marketing positions at AT&T, AT&T Bell Labs, and Digital Equipment. Jim has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Jonathan Heiliger

Jonathan Heiliger is the Vice President of Technical Operations at Facebook, reporting into Mark Zuckerberg, where he oversees global infrastructure and internal technology systems.

Prior to Facebook, he was a technology advisor to several early-stage companies in connection with Index Ventures and Sequoia Capital. He formerly led the engineering team at Walmart.com, where he was responsible for infrastructure and building scalable systems. Jonathan also spent several years at Loudcloud (which became Opsware and was later acquired by HP) as the Chief Operating Officer.

Earlier in his career, Jonathan was the Chief Technology Officer of Frontier GlobalCenter, and later founded Global Crossing's corporate Venture Capital group.

Bill Lanfri

Bill Lanfri brings over 25 years of background in enterprise networking and telecommunications to his role as advisor to Jive Software. Some of his more recent experience includes Operating Partner at Accel Partners from 2000 - 2003, during which time he served as CEO of the Accel / Sequoia investment Big Bear Networks from 2000 to 2001. Before joining Accel, he served in 1998 and 1999 as CEO of Avanex Corporation (NASDAQ: AVNX). Prior to Avanex, he was a founding investor and key advisor to RedBack Networks (NASDAQ: RBAK). He has served on numerous boards in both advisory and initial funding capacities, including network security company Network Alchemy, acquired by Nokia Corporation in early 2000.

Lanfri was a member of the senior management team of intelligent hub pioneer SynOptics Communications (now a part of Nortel Networks), seeing the company through a period of growth from $2M to $700M in sales in positions leading both product management and marketing organizations. Prior to that, he held technology marketing positions at Xerox Corporation's Office Systems Division and, in the early 80s, at LAN pioneer Corvus Systems. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and the MBA program at Santa Clara University.

Sundar Pichai

Google

Sundar Pichai joined Google in 2004 and is currently Senior Vice President of product management. He leads the product management and innovation efforts for a suite of Google's consumer products, including Google Toolbar, Chrome and Chrome OS. He is also responsible for the HTML5 and open web platform efforts at Google.

Sundar brings more than 15 years of experience developing high-tech consumer and enterprise products. Before joining Google, he held various engineering and product management positions at Applied Materials, and was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company for a variety of software and semiconductor clients.

Sundar received a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology and was awarded an Institute Silver Medal. He holds an M.S. from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was named a Siebel Scholar and a Palmer Scholar.

Chuck Robel

Informatica Corporation

Chuck Robel is currently the Lead Independent Director for Informatica Corporation, the leading independent provider of enterprise data integration and data quality software and services. He was previously the Chairman of the Board of McAfee prior to its $ 8 billion acquisition by Intel. In addition, Robel currently serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk, DemandTec and several other privately held companies.

He previously served as General Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a $1 billion Venture Capital fund focused on early stage software company investments. Robel began his career as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he managed numerous IPOs including Yahoo, Documentum, Hyperion (formerly Arbor Software), Borland, CBS MaketWatch, JD Edwards and Redback Networks.

Ted Schlein

Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB)

Ted Schlein, Managing Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, joined the firm in 1996 with a focus on early stage technology companies in the enterprise software and infrastructure markets; including ventures within the network and consumer security arena.

Ted has led KPCB's involvement in a number of successful investments, including Corio (CRIO), sold to IBM, Extensity (EXTN), sold to GEAC, Internet Security Systems (ISSX), sold to IBM, Oakley Networks, sold to Raytheon, Fortify Software, sold to HP, ArcSight (ARST), IPO, sold to HP

Ted was the founding CEO of Fortify Software, a pioneer in the software security market and now an HP Company. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of 3VR, 41st Parameter, Chegg, Hara Software, IronPlanet, Jive Software, Reputation Defender and Verdiem. He also oversees KPCB's investments in Endgame Systems, LifeLock and Bit9.

Prior to joining KPCB, Ted served as Vice President, Enterprise Solutions at Symantec. He joined the software company as one of its early employees and played an instrumental role in Symantec's growth and dominance as a global software leader. Ted led Symantec's successful move into the software utilities market, as well as the launch of its commercial anti-virus solution, an offering that quickly emerged as the industry gold standard.

Ted holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
